Attorney Profile

Throughout his legal career, Joe has actively practiced many different areas of law, including personal injury, medical malpractice, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, family law, landlord/tenant disputes, breach of contract and debt negotiation.  

For the last twelve years, however, Joe has focused his practice strictly on personal injury and medical malpractice.  He is responsible for resolving millions of dollars worth of injury cases for clients in nearly every aspect of tort law including slip and falls, auto negligence, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and intentional torts.

Joe is a member of the Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Trial Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.  Joe is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Joe earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he was involved in various workshops and peer groups.  Over the next few years, Joe worked at a number of small-to-medium sized firms where he gained invaluable experience in tort law, and began honing his aptitude in the practice of personal injury.  He learned the value of personalized relationships with clients, which is what he thrives to achieve with every client.  This is an experience which is impossible to establish with larger, more impersonal firms.  Joe has carried this client-centric approach to his own practice, where it has served many satisfied people.

Joe was raised in a small town in Pennsylvania where family values, hard work and morality were instilled in him at a young age.  At Mansfield University in Pennsylvania, he was a four-year starter and captain of the football team. He was also on the Dean’s List all four years at Mansfield.  He then played professional football overseas in Germany for one season in 2005 before coming home to focus on his legal career.  

Joe prides himself on providing interactive and attentive legal representation, and feels that all his clients deserve equal consideration in their legal matter, regardless of the potential value of the case.  At JJ Frick Law, we understand that every case is the most important case for each individual client, so we treat all cases equal.

Joe currently lives in Orlando with his wife and daughter.
